We provide flexible lesson formats to suit different learning styles and goals. Private sessions are ideal for those who want focused, one-to-one attention, while semi-private lessons work well for friends or partners learning together. Our small group classes are designed for swimmers of all levels, providing a motivating, social environment while still ensuring plenty of individual feedback. Triathlon Technique Sessions

For adults training for triathlons or looking to improve their open-water swimming skills. You’ll focus on:

  • Improving front crawl technique with drills for legs, arms, breathing, and timing
  • Understanding pacing and stroke efficiency for longer distances
  • Practicing sighting and navigation techniques in the pool
  • Learning safe open-water swimming fundamentals within a controlled environment
  • Preparing for race starts, turns, and swim sets

These sessions are perfect for triathletes of all levels who want to swim smarter, build endurance, and gain confidence for open-water events.

SwimWay Aqua Aerobics2

Aqua Aerobics

Fun, fitness, and strength for adults of all abilities. In these sessions, you’ll experience:

  • A lively warm-up to get your body moving and your energy up
  • 20–25 minutes of water-based cardio, core exercises, and resistance training
  • Fun “challenge” exercises to keep sessions engaging and varied
  • Cool down and stretching to relax muscles and improve flexibility

Our Aqua Aerobics classes are designed to improve fitness, strength, and confidence in the water, while keeping every session enjoyable and accessible for all skill levels.
