To enrol for classes, follow students’ progress and receive service and marketing emails, texts and WhatsApp messages, users must register and provide certain voluntary information about themselves. This information will be collected and stored during registration.

We do not enter any customer information unless they have agreed to our privacy policies. We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. You are responsible for keeping any access password and user details confidential. We will never ask you for your password.

Financial Information
For faster payment processing, SwimWay utilises the merchant service Fitronics Pay. This service securely stores all credit card information without reaching the SwimWay server.

Third Party Service Providers
We work with trusted service providers who support our operations and may have access to your information:

• Cap2/Fitronics – CoursePro bookings system for customer data, scheduling, and service communications.
• CDA Group – Responsible for maintaining the SwimWay website and has access to the majority of operational systems, platforms, and applications utilised by the company.
• Totality Services – Provides IT support and system security.
• Mailchimp & Superchat – Marketing platforms for email, text and WhatsApp communications.
• Google & Facebook Ads – Used for targeted SwimWay-related advertising.

Use of Information
We will not reveal your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
