Friday 10th – Monday 20th October 2025 – Rebooking Period for Current Clients
- Current clients will receive an automated email (from noreply.notification@swimway.co.uk) and a text message once rebooking opens.
 
- The email will include instructions on how to rebook the same day and time for the following term.
 
- Reminder emails and texts will continue until the payment deadline for those who have not yet rebooked.
 
- Please note: We are unable to accept change requests during the rebooking period. Only the same time/day can be secured at this stage.
 
Wednesday 22nd October 2025 – Priority Bookings for Current Clients
- After the rebooking period, current clients have first priority to request a new day or time before general bookings open.
 
- Current clients are defined as those who have booked and paid for a Term-Time or Holiday Course in the current term.
 
- Availability and booking instructions will be published on our website under each venue page. Only requests from current clients will be processed on a first-come, first served basis during this period.
 
- Clients subscribed to our communications will also receive an email update when priority bookings open, though we recommend checking the website directly as emails can sometimes be delayed.
 
- To make a booking request, use our bookings engine to find the space you would like to book and follow the instructions to request the class.
 
- You may also email us directly, but please ensure you include all required booking details and contact the relevant venue address for each request.
 
- Availability changes extremely quickly, and many clients rebook, so we cannot guarantee your preferred space will be available – we strongly recommend being open to alternative times/days/instructors.
 
Thursday 23rd October 2025 – General Bookings Open
- Once priority bookings have closed, general bookings will open to all on a first come, first served basis.
 
- To make a booking request, use our bookings engine to find the space you would like to book and follow the instructions to request the class.
 
- Clients subscribed to communications will also receive an email notification, but again, we recommend checking the website directly for the most up-to-date information.
 
- You may also email us directly, but please ensure you include all required booking details and contact the relevant venue address for each request.
